Ellicottville is Western New York’s playground for outdoor fun and adventure. It's a four season resort town with two ski resorts and an active real estate market.
Amy partnered with us to complete a full website redesign aimed at better reflecting the energy and appeal of the Ellicottville market. With strong competition across Ellicottville, NY and the broader Cattaraugus County region, a modern, high-performing website was essential to help the brand stand out and generate more qualified leads.
Along with the redesign, we implemented the iHomefinder IDX to deliver a more intuitive and mobile-friendly property search experience. We also expanded lead-generation opportunities throughout the site, including tools such as email property alerts, a free home valuation feature and automated market reports designed to engage potential buyers and sellers.
